Q: Where are you located?

A: Cobb County, GA

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: No, I do not offer free shipping.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: At the moment, I do not.

Q: Do you offer wholesale?

A: At the moment, I do not.

Q: How can I reach you?

A: The easiest way to get ahold of me is to use the contact form or email me at hello@rosacaeapparelco.com. Please do not reach out with questions about your order(s) on social media, as there is no guarantee that I will see it.

Q: When is [item] restocking?

A: I'll be real with you, most items do not and will not restock. The most efficient way to keep track of what items are restocking and when, is to sign up for the email newsletter or by joining the text list by texting SHOPRCAC to (844) 762-0490.

Q: What sizes do you carry? What is apparel sizing like?

A: I do my best to carry all adult sizes from small up to 5XL. However, sometimes, that is not possible, due to items I use not being in stock. All apparel is unisex, unless otherwise noted in product description.

Q: What if something is wrong with my order?

A: If there’s a problem with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact me at hello@rosacaeapparelco.com. Please make sure you include your name, order number, and the problem. Please also include images of the problem, if applicable.

Q: What if my shirt got damaged in the wash/tumbler was ruined in the dishwasher?

A: Unfortunately, I am not able to help with improperly cared for items. All items come with care instructions included. As a reminder, care instructions are as follows:

  • Shirts: Turn garment inside out. Machine wash cold with mild detergent. Do not bleach. No fabric softener. Tumble dry on low, or hang to dry (preferred). Do not iron directly over designs.
    • Do not stretch shirts! Especially ones made with screen print transfers or vinyl. Those mediums are not made to stretch, and may crack. If you feel like you are having to stretch your shirts, it may be a good idea to size up.
  • Drinkware: Not dishwasher safe! Handwash only! Do not drop. Do not leave in the sun/heat.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Q: What is your turnaround time?/Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?

A: Unless otherwise noted in an item listing, my general processing (turnaround) time is  5 - 10 BUSINESS days for ALL ITEMS. This does not include Sundays, Mondays, or any US federal holidays. During sales & peak shopping times, this time may be extended at my discretion, and will be noted in the header bar, all listings, through my blog, and all over my social media accounts. 

*NOTICE TO PAYPAL USERS: If you use Paypal E-Checks to pay for your order, payments may take anywhere from 10 - 21 days to clear within Paypal. Once payment has cleared, even if this makes your order fall outside of my posted processing time, your order will then be processed and shipped.*

Q: My package is being delayed. What happened and where is my order?

A: I apologize if your order is being delayed or held up by the post office! However, once I hand packages over to USPS/UPS, delivery is out of my control, as I do not work for the shipping service(s). I recommend signing up for text alerts for your package and calling your local post office branch with your tracking number to follow up with why it is being delayed getting to you.

Q: My USPS/UPS tracking number shows my package as delivered, but I didn’t receive my package.

A: I’m very sorry that this happened. There are a few things you can do, though. First, you can call USPS/UPS and request GPS coordinates on your package. If they are unable to help you, Route Insurance is included with all orders. You can file a claim with Route, and they will place a new order on your behalf, or refund your money, minus the cost of shipping. 

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please check your shipping address to make sure it is correct BEFORE you submit your order. If your package is returned to me due to an incorrectly submitted mailing address, I will be more than happy to resend it, however, YOU will be responsible for paying the additional postage costs for reshipment.
