BUSINESS HOURS

Tuesday - Friday: 8AM - 8PM EST

Saturday: 10AM - 2PM EST

Sunday & Monday: CLOSED

I do not respond to emails, and orders are not processed after 2PM Saturday nights and before 8AM Tuesday mornings, or on any US Federal Holiday. All times are Eastern Standard Time.

***PLEASE NOTE: RCAC is a one-woman show. The one-woman show of a full-time 911 paramedic. I am not Amazon. Your order will not be at your door in 2 days. My business hours and processing time are the way they are for a reason. I will get back to all messages ASAP, within my posted business hours.***

ORDER PROCESSING/TURNAROUND TIME (TAT)

My processing/turnaround (TAT) time is the time that it takes me to have an order ready to be shipped. 

 All orders are currently running on a 10 - 15 BUSINESS DAY processing time. 

My processing time is counted TUESDAY - SATURDAY, and does not include Sundays, Mondays, or any US Federal holidays. Please allow up to the listed TAT before messaging about orders not being shipped.

WEATHER DELAYS

I live in Georgia (USA). Some days, we experience all four seasons and then some in a single day. Occasionally, this will affect my ability to make items, most specifically, bleached and hand-dyed items, as they have to be worked on outside/in well ventilated areas. Please keep in mind when ordering these items that the weather does play a part in them being created, and may result in an extended TAT.

Please refer to the Order Updates page for any changes in order status.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order items WILL NOT meet the above listed TAT.

The TAT for those items WILL BE EXTENDED.

Expected shipping dates for all pre-order items will be listed in the item title and description.
