My processing/turnaround (TAT) time is the time that it takes me to have an order ready to be shipped.

My products are handmade and made to order. For this reason, my order processing time is 10 - 15 BUSINESS DAYS, counted Tuesday through Saturday. Orders are not processed on Sundays, Mondays, or any US Federal Holiday.
Once you've placed your order, it will be queued to be completed.
High Demand Items
With social media, small businesses and their products can go viral at any given time. Any items deemed to be High Demand will have an extended processing time. Please allow at least an additional 5 - 10 business days on top of current processing time for these items.

For every order, a tracking number is sent to you the morning that the package is to be left with USPS or UPS. Once I hand a package over, I have NO CONTROL over when it is actually delivered. While I wish I could do more, I will see the same information that you do when looking at the tracking information. Please contact the shipping provider for further information.
Shipping Addresses
Please make sure the address you input is complete and correct before submitting your order. By law, all orders are mailed to the address that you enter at checkout. I am not responsible for packages marked as non-deliverable due to incorrect shipping information.
If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address, you (the customer) must pay for a new shipping label to have it mailed back out to you.
